This User Agreement serves as the official agreement between you and the operator of the Nerlia application. This agreement governs all behaviors of users when downloading, installing, accessing and using the Nerlia app and all built-in functions including doll portrait creation, AI animated video generation, local gallery management and system setting services.
By installing and using the Nerlia application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this User Agreement and our supporting Privacy Policy. We adhere to user-oriented service principles, fully protect user device data and creation privacy, and provide safe, simple and localized creative services for all users.
Nerlia is a local AI creative application focusing on doll portrait synthesis and short animated video production. The core services provided by the app include importing user personal portrait photos, matching exclusive doll templates, generating simulated doll posing portraits, creating dynamic short videos, previewing and adjusting picture effects, locally saving and managing creative works, and other personalized creative functions. All services are completed based on local device operation, without cloud synchronization and remote data collection by default.
All creative calculations, image fitting, light and shadow adjustment, and video rendering of Nerlia are completed locally on the user’s personal device. We do not collect, upload, store or analyze any user facial information, facial feature data, facial biometric information and portrait content in the process of providing services. The app will not actively identify user faces, extract facial feature points, record facial contour data, or generate any facial recognition files. All portrait content only exists in the user’s local device storage space, and we have no ability or authority to obtain any user facial data.
Users can freely download, install and use Nerlia on compatible mobile devices. This application does not require account registration, login authentication, real-name verification and any identity information binding. All core functions are open to all users directly, and there is no age restriction, identity restriction or regional restriction for use.
Users agree to authorize the app to obtain basic device permissions required for normal use, including:
All permissions are only triggered by the user’s active operation and are only used to complete user independent creative behaviors.
The permission authorization obtained by Nerlia will not be used for background monitoring, automatic shooting, silent scanning or hidden data collection. We will not use device permissions to capture user facial information in real time, analyze facial features, or upload portrait data. The permission scope is strictly limited to the user’s active creative operation scenario, and no facial information collection, analysis or uploading behavior will be derived. No facial biometric data will be stored in any form during permission calling.
All portraits, videos, draft works and finished creations generated by users through Nerlia are independently owned by the users themselves. All creative content is only stored locally on the user’s mobile device, and no original picture, video file or user creation data will be automatically uploaded to any server or cloud platform.

When users actively delete any creative content, the corresponding files, temporary rendering data and cache resources will be completely cleared from the local device without residual retention or hidden backup.
In the whole process of user content storage and management, we do not collect or retain any user facial information. The local storage mechanism only saves the integrated picture and video files after AI synthesis, and does not split, extract or independently store user facial feature data. We will not back up, synchronize or obtain user facial portraits and facial data through any technical means. All facial-related content is completely controlled and retained by the user locally, and we have no access right to any user facial information.
Users agree to use Nerlia services in a standardized, legal and appropriate manner. Users shall not use the app’s creative functions to produce, disseminate or share illegal, abusive, obscene, violent, infringing and other inappropriate content. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities and consequences for their own creative content and sharing behaviors.
Users shall not crack, modify, reverse engineer, secondary develop or tamper with the app program, framework and algorithm rules, and shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools and other illegal means to interfere with the normal operation of the app.
The standardized use rules do not involve any collection of user facial information. Whether the user uses the function normally or stops using the service, we will not actively collect, record or analyze any user facial data. The supervision of content compliance is limited to the user’s independent judgment and self-management, and we will not identify or review user facial information in the background, and there is no facial data collection behavior in the whole service supervision link.
Nerlia will generate a small amount of local cache data during operation, including doll template resources, rendering parameter cache and program running temporary files, which are only used to optimize user operation fluency and improve creative efficiency. Users can actively clear all local cache through the setting function at any time, and the cache clearing operation will not affect the user’s saved finished works.
All local cache data generated by the Nerlia app does not contain any user facial information, facial biometric features, facial recognition data and personal portrait sensitive information. The cached resources are all public built-in template data and program running data independently developed by us, which have no connection with user personal facial features. We will not retain user facial information in the form of cache, temporary files or background data, and fundamentally ensure zero collection and zero retention of user facial data.
Nerlia does not access any third-party statistical SDKs, tracking tools, advertising platforms, cloud services and data sharing channels. The app will not actively send user operation data, creative content and device information to any third-party institutions or individuals, and there is no data sharing, data leasing and data trading behavior.
Without any third-party data interaction interface, Nerlia will not leak, transmit or share user facial information to the outside world. No third party can obtain user facial data through the app channel, and we will not actively collect user facial information for third-party use. The whole service process realizes closed-loop local operation, and user facial privacy is completely protected without external transmission and collection risks.
We reserve the right to continuously optimize and iterate Nerlia’s functions, templates, animation effects and operation experience. We will update the app version according to user experience feedback and device system adaptation requirements, and optimize local algorithms and interactive logic. All version updates still adhere to the core principle of local processing and zero sensitive data collection.
Any subsequent function iteration and version update of Nerlia will not add any facial information collection function, will not enable background facial scanning and facial recognition functions, and will not change the local processing mechanism of user portrait content. The core privacy protection rule of not collecting any user facial information will always remain unchanged and will not be adjusted or cancelled due to version updates.
Nerlia is a universal casual creative application suitable for all user groups. We do not set any age threshold and age restriction mechanism. Users of all ages can freely download, install and use all functions of the app. We will not collect, verify or record user age information, and will not set differentiated function permissions according to user age.
